Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to the subscription services provided by CLIPCAT AI LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") trading as Clipcat. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below.

2. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
  • Access: You will retain access to premium features and your generated history until the billing cycle ends.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused time, except as provided for in Section 3 below.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with Clipcat. For new subscribers only, we offer a 14-day conditional money-back guarantee:

  • Eligibility Condition: You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase AND you have not significantly utilized the service.
  • Usage Threshold: "Significant utilization" is defined as having generated 5 or more videos using our AI credits.
  • Exclusions: If you have generated 5 or more videos, you acknowledge that you have fully consumed the digital service, and the right to a refund is waived.

4. UK Consumer Law & Digital Content Waiver

As a UK-based company, we comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Digital Content: You acknowledge that Clipcat provides immediate access to digital content and computing resources.
  • Waiver of Cooling-off Period: By starting to use the service (generating 5 or more videos), you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (the "cooling-off period") once the service has been fully performed or the usage threshold is met.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the 14-day guarantee, please contact us with your order details:

We review all requests within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., Alipay, WeChat Pay, or Card). Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Discretionary Refunds

Refund requests made outside the 14-day window or after the usage threshold has been exceeded are granted solely at our discretion.
